How can I keep track on work progress at GSS Webtech?


At GSS Webtech, we realise that our customers need to have the complete privilege and access to the works being done, which is why we use a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software that helps both the company and the customer keep a track on the work progress.

The moment you sign the agreement and become our client; you will receive a mail to create your credentials on our CRM software. Once done, you will be able to log on to the software and keep a tab on the work progress. You can also access the agreement, raise support tickets, view bills & invoices, drop comments on projects and tasks etc.
